Huseyin Cinkara Slightly Heavier Than Jai Opetaia at Weigh-In

On December 6 at the Gold Coast Convention Centre in Broadbeach, Australia, a Cruiserweight bout (up to 90.7 kg) will see local IBF world champion Jai Opetaia defend his title against Germany’s Huseyin Cinkara.

At the official weigh-in:

Jai Opetaia — 90.19 kg / 198 lbs;

Huseyin Cinkara — 90.29 kg / 199 lbs.

In June, Jai Opetaia (28-0, 22 KOs) knocked out Claudio Squeo in the fifth round.

Huseyin Cinkara (23-0, 19 KOs) won in April, stopping Juan Diaz by first-round TKO.
